Trenchless Sewer Line Repair Delridge, WA

The customer was having a difficult time with the sewer line backing up into the house and was flooding the downstairs guest bathroom with raw sewage. The technician agreed to do an inspection. Upon inspection it was determined that the sewer line was made from cast iron and it had indeed started to crack and roots were making its way into the line. Once the tech showed the findings of the damaged pipe the homeowner was informed that she was a perfect candidate to have the Delridge sewer line repair with a trenchless liner. She was very happy to hear this and agreed to have the work started immediately.

Sewer Liner Repair in Delridge, WA

The tech cleaned the interior of the pipe with a trenchless hydro jetter machine that sprays highly pressurized water into the pipe. This allows for the interior of the Delridge pipe to be fully cleaned where it is prepped for the resin liner installation. The tech impregnates the liner with an epoxy liner and inserts it into the failing cast iron pipe, once the line has covered the entire length of the pipe a air bladder is then inserted and filled with air so as to make sure the resin liner adheres to the interior of the pipe. At this point the liner is set in place where it takes approximately 4-5 hours to cure or harden in place. Once this process is completed the air bladder is deflated and pulled from the pipe and what is left behind is a brand new, fully rehabilitated Delridge sewer line.
