The customer did not want to dig up his property and had been dealing with a faulty sewer for as long as he could remember, he even told the tech that he bought his own sewer snake. He explained his house was situated on a slab and that breaking up the concrete was not an option. He thought he had about 50 feet of sewer pipe from his property to the city sewer.
